Class 3 - Simon
Last term we really enjoyed learning about space. As part of our topic we made up a dance and performed it at the Winding Wheel in Chesterfield. We had great fun! We also performed it for our parents in school.
In maths we have been learning about fractions, multiplication and division. Next we are learning how to measure as well as learning about money.
Our next topic is Journeys, going back into history, looking at journeys in stories and journeys around the world. In science we are learning about what plants need to grow. We are going to plant our own beans and are going to set up an experiment to find out what are the best conditions for plants to grow.
The next few weeks we are working really hard in preparation for our SATs in May!
